We provide clients based in Australia, NZ, US UK with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. Our team members work in the Go-Va office in Cebu or ResourceFull office in Clark and have direct contact with their clients on a daily basis, who select, train QA them in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management is on site to support them.
For this position, the trainer is a newly created role to assist in the creation of an online learning system for Go-Virtual Assistants.
- Formulate training outlines
- Design and development of the online LMS (Learning Management Systems) via video creation, manuals and workshops.
- Monitor, record and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Facilitate face to face training and workshops
- Create leading edge solutions
- Follow training disciplines of Franklin Covey – 7 Habits of Highly Effective People 4 Disciplines of Execution
Training modules to include but not limited to:
- Induction
- Policies
- Leadership
- Company processes
- Department training, eg recruitment, sales, management
- Productivity
- Client onboarding
- Daily Tasks Sheets TimeDoctor Reporting
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience creating course outlines
- Knowledge of Adult learning, instructional design and curriculum development
- Virtual Assistant or BPO experience highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to motivate
- Attention to detail
