We provide clients based in Australia, NZ, US UK with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. Our team members work in the Go-Va office in Cebu or ResourceFull office in Clark and have direct contact with their clients on a daily basis, who select, train QA them in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management is on site to support them.
For this position, the trainer is a newly created role to assist in the creation of an online learning system for Go-Virtual Assistants.
