Customer Service Representative – Graveyard Shift Full Time

Go-Va provides clients based mostly in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact daily with your client’s company, who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on-site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

For this role, you will be working with a US based client.

PRIMARY TASKS:
1. Respond to Client’s inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• If new customers: answer questions, send options, handoff to team to close the lease.
• Keep leads warm and follow up with those leads on a regular schedule.
• Once the customer is ready to move forward with the reservation, handoff to a team to finalize
• If current residents: answer questions, identify issues, provide resources, escalate if necessary

2. Respond to Airbnb inquiries.

• It is your job to gather the customer’s priorities and find a great match for their stay
• The home you put the customer in should check off their boxes: location, size (#bedrooms/#bathrooms), proximity to work, walkability, safety of area, amenities, etc.

3. Update the client’s platform.

• We strive to hit 95% occupancy at all times
• We use fast customer service, caring sales techniques, and marketing to achieve this goal

KPI:
1. Responsiveness

• Phone: immediate/no missed calls
• Chat: within 2 minutes
• Email: within 15 minutes

WHAT WE NEED:

• A candidate who is willing to work Graveyard shift
• No medical issues from the past 6- 12 months
• Can be trained
• Can work well with the team.
• Has experience working with Customer Service.
