Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. This Australian company is a small, personalized consulting engineering firm specializing in areas of Civil, Structural and Hydraulic Engineering. We design Industrial, Commercial and Residential building structures for a wide variety of clients and supply client focussed services and solutions. We align ourselves with ISO 9001-2015 and are committed to supporting ongoing, job specific, professional education and training.

This role offers a great opportunity for the right person to be part of a quality multi-disciplinary team. You will work with engineers, technicians, and drafters to solve problems and provide cost-efficient solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Your full-time role will include:

• Producing/drafting high-quality structural plans and details
• Liaising with clients, designers and builders on a daily basis
• Programming and time management
• Keeping and recording Time Sheets on jobs
• Assisting seniors and collaborating with peers
• Collaborate with design teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

As the successful candidate, you are expected to demonstrate:

• Proven experience with structural drafting
• Experience in working in design consultancies
• Experience with Revit 3D modeling and AutoCAD
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Concise and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiasm and a passion for the construction industry and
• Relevant structural engineering qualification e.g. Associate Degree, or similar.
