Purchasing Clerk Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

The candidate should be:

• Raising Purchase orders in Quickbooks from Purchase Requisitions.
• Obtaining purchase order Authorisation from the Finance Manager (Deb).
• Submitting Purchase orders to suppliers.
• Contacting Suppliers and confirming receipt of orders.
• Contacting suppliers and confirming delivery dates.
• Following up suppliers for overdue orders.
• Meeting with Production team once per day on backorders orders overdue.

OTHER TASKS INCLUDES:

• Answering sales inquiries (Scripted) from potential storers follow to opportunity is closed (win or lose).
• Follow up close web inquiries (Scripted).
• Keeping records of all customer potential customers communications in Storman software (Full storage management software that has a mini CRM).
• Running Daily processing of storage fees (automated payments through Storman).
• Processing Filing move in agreements.
• Processing customer move outs
• Other tasks as to be defined by the Managing Director.
