ResourceFull Corp is the newest outsourcing company in Clark, offering Day Shifts, Dependent Medical Insurance & Monthly Team activities from your start date.

ResourceFull Corp is the sister company to GO-VA in Cebu employing over 165 team members.  You will work in a modern office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis.  Our clients are super generous and many send their team members to Australia for training.

You will be responsible for:

  • Day to day operations of the office
  • Meet Greet of Client Visits
  • Face to face interviews of new team members
  • Organize monthly office activities (this is the really fun bit!)
  • Ensure team members follow policies and follow up with appropriate paperwork

You will be supported by the head office with recruitment admin, payroll IT support.
