Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.
YOU NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
Field inbound calls when required and direct as advised for the client.
Monitor Company Calendars
1. Set up reminders for the following
– IP Payment due dates
– IP Response
– Reply due dates
– Grant reporting due dates
– Grant response due dates
2. Follow up the reminders
– Notify the appropriate staff member (task owner) what action is due and by when.
– Follow up (make contact with the task owner and continue to follow up) until confirmation the task will be actioned by the due date is received.
NBSS (North Brisbane Self Storage)
1. Inbound calls with response
– Pricing
– Storage availability
– Enter all sales queries and update with customer comments into Storeman software
2. Respond to emails with quotes generated through Storeman software where applicable
– Follow-up calls for all quotes sent ( recording feedback as received)
– Convert to online signups were possible.
– Close all email requests actioned categorizing outcome as required
– Close unsuccessful inquiries in Storeman software
3. Daily auto run for storage charges using Stroman software
– Monitor and report on System generated Outbound emails including
(a) Late notices
(b) Credit card payment declined
(c) Bank payment declined
(d) Card expiry
Matrix (consumables Management system)
1. Review auto generated stock shortage reports
– Generate prf for items when required
– Email PRF to PRF email inbox for procurement bookkeeper to create and send PO to supplier.
– Follow up supplier when you see the authorized po has been sent to the supplier and copied to the prf in box
– Update Matrix system,
(a) purchase order numbers
(b) status of the order
(c) pricing
QUALIFICATION:
– A candidate that possess strong character.
– Proactive
– Teachable and willing to do more than what is required.
– Confident in communication skills both in email and telephone.
– Adaptable to change.
– Can multitask
– Comfortable to work with a team.
