Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. ABOUT THE ROLE:

Purpose of Position

• Provide quality paraplanning services to the Financial Planners across multiple Australian Financial Services Licensees (AFSLs)
• Responsible for providing strategic input to produce a compliant Statement of Advice
• Using approved financial planning software (X-plan, Coin, Mid-Winter)
• Contribute to the business delivery of the team
• Conduct research as required

Key Performance Indicators

• Complete 5 SOA’s per week (to be fully compliant)
• Team satisfaction of service provided achieving a satisfactory rating

Relationships

• Maintain excellent working relationships with Clients, service providers, underwriters, external professional associates, Team Members and other stakeholders

Job Standards

• Apply sound knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning, investment strategies, estate planning, insurance and taxation to best meet the needs of Clients
• Research options and obtain information or clarification on products, relevant software issues, taxation
• Make calculations quickly and accurately with advanced attention to detail
• Ensure all strategies are modelled, researched, analyzed and quoted to meet Client’s unique financial situations and linked to Client goals and objectives
• Participate in teamwork to assist in reducing variance and ensure services are consistent

Background/skill requirements

• Business/Commerce/Finance graduate with high degree of English written comprehension
