Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO.You will work in the Go-VA office in Cebu and have direct contact with the Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. As a Research Executive, you will be an integral part of the new Philippines team. Being on the forefront of managing multiple client projects and responsible for driving excellent client satisfaction. Performing well under pressure, the Research Executive/ Manager assists the team at the Sydney headquarters in managing and growing multiple client accounts, while ensuring profitability, client loyalty, and satisfaction.
Role Overview
- Supporting research consultants based in Sydney in multiple quantitative research projects
- Being confident and experienced enough to manage your own quantitative projects across a range of methodologies like pack testing, concept testing , brand and communications research
- Use our standardized approach to questionnaire design to develop client questionnaires
- Assisting our GM operations manager in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time
- Creating beautiful slides that tell a story when we report back to our clients
- Managing client expectations and fielding questions/concerns
- Have strong client management skills
Specific experience required:
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in a quantitative market research company.
- You have excellent strong attention to detail, and the ability to see the story in the numbers
- Being a very strong communicator in English is critical
- You will be used to creating data tables, and understand how to put checks in place to ensure accuracy and consistency
- You will be used to looking at a client brief and creating visually appealing presentations that focus on answering client’s key objectives and hypotheses
- You are a strong problem solver
- You are always willing to go the extra mile to get excellent results for your client
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast time frame must be a key skill
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SPSS
- Market research experience (FMCG research)
Advantage: Experience in a Survey Company (SSI, KANTAR, IPSOS)
