Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. An Australian based Client is looking for an experienced Sharepoint and Office 365 Consultant with development skills and the ability to translate business requirements into appropriate workflows and applications built within Office 365. A thorough understanding of the full range of Office 365 capabilities combined with commercial acumen are essential for success in this role.

MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Discuss business challenges and advise potential solutions with customers.
• Accurately quote the expected time frames for deliverables internally.
• Set up Office 365 tenants, apply user licenses and permissions group.
• Design, Implement and test SharePoint Workflows including OOTB workflows, custom workflows created in SharePoint Designer and through embedded tools (LiveTiles, Flow etc.)
• Deliver to deadlines and within budgeted costs consistently.
• Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other consultants and the sales team.
• Contribute to producing customized training materials for users and administrators of solutions delivered.
• Update the knowledgebase as necessary (e.g. documenting how to fix a bug or other issue that you encountered)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Microsoft certifications in any competencies relating to Office 365 are highly desirable, but demonstrated experience at an equivalent level is suitable.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• A proven technical expertise and general IT knowledge
• A thorough understanding of the Office 365 platform
• Development of workflows and applications with Share Point.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Flexible and willing to learn to keep on top of Microsoft’s ever-adapting suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Motivated and proactive with client communications and positive attitude for meeting expectations, finding solutions and troubleshooting errors.

Desirable:

• Dynamics 365 experience (or Dynamics CRM/CRM online)
• Exchange Online experience
• Live Tiles experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Flow and PowerApps
• CSS, HTML, & JavaScript Experience
• PowerShell scripting abilities
• Interest in Microsoft products and keeping up to date with the industry.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is preferable, but candidates able to articulate how they can help businesses realize efficiencies and reduce costs using the Office 365 and/ or Dynamics 365 suite are welcome to apply.
