Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in Go-VA office in Cebu.

Established in 2014, GO-VA has experienced 300% growth in the last 12 months. Due to this growth, a newly created position of Financial Controller is required.
We currently employ over 420 people across two cities, Cebu Clark and growing fast.

Responsibilities:

• Drive GO-VA’s financial planning
• Develop maintain a strategy and vision for finance which will drive expansion, excellence in customer services and employee engagement.
• Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, forecasting and budgeting
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with BIR reporting
• Provide leadership and mentoring to finance team.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Certified Public Accountant
• Understanding of transfer pricing.
• BIR Tax Reporting for top 500 Medium sized business.
• XERO software highly desirable.
