Duties:

• Liaising with & Supporting an Australian Accounting firm on a daily basis
• Accounts receivable management
• Accounts payable management
• Payroll Processing & Keeping employee files up to date
• Bank reconciliations
• Month End Reporting
• Xero file Set ups
• Superannuation preparation
• Other Administration

Skills & Experience:

• Accounting background/understanding (Xero experience is not mandatory, but is preferred)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent phone manner.
