Delegate Telesales Representative ( 3 Months Contract ) Temporary

JOB DESCRIPTION
Day Shift. Above Industry Rates, Private Medical Insurance, 15 days leave, Monthly Dinner Lunch. Join Us!Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

If you are interested in this Job, YOU NEED TO BE:

• Must be confident, outgoing and have great English.
• Prior experience in a Telemarketing role would be valued but not essential
• Updating the CRM or Google sheets.
• Organizational skills and time management to achieve call rate KPI’s.
• KPI’s 80 calls a day.
• Analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Also, be required to produce reports on feedback from clients regarding each event.
• List generation using LinkedIn, Google and industry based searches and verifying after the marketing of the Expo is finished and potentially go on to do delegate
• sales for other events in 2017.
• Other tasks as to be defined by the Operations Manager
