About Your Client

What You Will Be Doing

• Issue requests for tender using Bid Contender software.
• Manage tenders to ensure all quotes are received on time and filed away in Q1000.
• Complete quantity take-offs for labor and building materials and input them into Databuild Estimating software package.
• Read and understand Construction documentation such as Working Drawings, Specifications, Engineering, Structural, Framing, and Energy reports
• Work closely with the Design Team on the integration between Revit and Databuild.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with Bluebeam
• Bid contender software knowledge 
• Revit & Databuild software knowledge
• Organisation and planning skills
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Australian Construction is a plus but not necessary
• Good English communication skills
