Handyman Full Time

Responsibilities:

•   Perform repair and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures and appliances in an effective and timely manner
•   Investigate possible problems and propose solutions
•   Assist in all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting and Janitorial duties.
•   Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis
•   Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively
•   Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job
•   Maintain and organize building walls, floors and ceilings
•   Utilize computers, calculators and telephone to perform duties

Requirements:

• Male
• At least High school graduate or Vocational graduate (ELECTRICAL) or equivalent.
• Experience being Handyman (Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing) and as Purchasing staff is an advantage.
• Previous experience required. Minimum 6 months
• Takes pride in work and delivers a great product each time.
•  Has an innate and good sense of urgency in meeting requirements.
• Experience as a Purchasing staff is a plus.
