The Service Desk Engineer role is to help support the continued growth of the business aligned with our business goals and objectives.
The Service Desk Engineer role will be part of the Global Corp IT, predominately within the Service Desk function. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a Service Desk team for approximately 2-3 years.
The About The Team
The Service Desk Engineer role will be based Philippines, Cebu City and will be part of a Global Corp IT team. The Corp IT team currently consist of two teams; 4 x Service Desk Analyst based in London and Denver which skillsets vary from 1 st -2nd line support and AV support. 2 x Infrastructure Engineer who are responsible for all Infrastructure across all geophonic locations. This position will be working as part of a newly formed team supporting WorldRemit’s Philippine’s office. The Service Desk Engineer will be working with a team of 6-7 Service Desk Engineers, most of which are based in other geographical locations (UK, US & PLD). The successful candidate will be reporting into the Service Desk Lead, based in the UK.
