SEO Content Coordinator Full Time

SEO Content Coordinator is responsible for the procurement of quality content for SEO and Social Media packages. You’ll work closely with the Content Writer, SEO and Social Strategists and a network of freelance writers to produce engaging, relevant, SEO optimized content for clients in various industries in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties

Create and maintain content calendars for clients
Manage the procurement of 300+ pieces of content in coordination with the Content Strategy team
Edit blog and landing page content for spelling, grammar, accuracy, and voice
Add images, site links, and headings as needed
Master various website and blog platforms as needed
Maintain network of freelance writers for multiple verticals and global regions
Manage freelance budgets each month
Collaborate with SEO and Social Media teams to define content best practices

Position requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
1-3 years’ experience in the digital space or relevant internships and coursework
Strong grammar, writing and editing skills
Excellent organizational skills
Relevant project management skills and experience is a plus
Digital Marketing Experience a plus
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is a plus
Strong team player with an experience working across teams and departments
Ability to be flexible and deliver within tight deadlines
Ability to manage the workflow of a team of freelancers
