Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

ABOUT THE CLIENT’S OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the hunt for a senior designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and an impeccable communicator, able to take a brief from our strategy team and effectively create designs that best communicate complex strategy concepts in a clear, sophisticated way.

Some of the tasks will involve:

• Creating engaging client presentations (using Apple Keynote or PowerPoint)
• Designing strategy documents and presentations (using Apple Keynote or PowerPoint)
• Creating flow charts, info-graphics, and marketing decks (using Apple Keynote or InDesign)
• Moodboarding, image research
• Mock-ups for ad concepts and brand application, i.e. packaging, websites etc.. (with Photoshop or in Keynote)
• Drawing/sketching up concepts for ad concepts
• Brochure/poster design
• Work on Step Change projects such as helping our team with internal comms, blog entries, website updates, etc..

Extra bonus points:

• Video editing skills for our internal videos (using Adobe Premiere or After Effects)
• Illustration skills
• Being able to use Squarespace for our website changes

YOU NEED TO BE:

• Be passionate about design and branding. You live and breathe the visual world and are always searching for inspiration
• Be capable and efficient across Apple Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily in Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Have a keen eye for detail and won’t stop until a design is perfect
• Pride yourself on your excellent design and layout skills
• Be confident in your ability as a designer and able to explain your work in a clear and concise manner
• Have the ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced team environment, but can also work individually without much micro-management
• Be flexible as you will often be working on multiple projects at one time.

A marketing agency. We’re facilitators and problem solvers who believe the best solutions in business start with marketing and end with first class creative.
We work with the largest and fastest growing companies, ranging from startups to charities to big banks. We typically work with 100 clients every year from Sony Pictures to Assistance Dogs Australia.

We’re also a young company – the average age is late 20’s.
