Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.
This position will be working with our US client.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Provide answers to New, Open, and Pending tickets via Infoscout’s support portal Zendesk, in alignment with predefined topic priority list, using predefined macros with additional language as needed to provide a thorough and personalized
response.
2. Adjust user accounts using Infoscout’s internal database portal, ISC Admin, if: requested by user, does not violate app’s terms of service, & fulfills security requirements; something incorrect has occurred and a record needs to be corrected;
investigating potential presence of an issue.
3. Prompt escalation of new issues that are: user-facing, in the database, in Admin. Escalation of recurring issues includes contacting Infoscout POC via internal messenger or email with example cases of occurrence and volume estimation. This also includes escalation of the ticket itself in Zendesk.

Salary is negotiable based on skills years of experience.
