Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in Go-VA office in Cebu and have a direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-VA management on site is there to support you and we provide with many benefits.
This role will be working for one of our client that is based in the USA.

Primary Task:

1. Qualifying Individuals for Job Openings, verify legitimate reasons for wanting to change jobs.
2. Completing a candidate Data including info on Salary requirements.
3. Candidate Sourcing, entering new names into CRM (PCR Database)

Qualifications:

• Comfortable and Confident in communicating with clients.
• Has experience with recruitment is ideal.
• Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.
• Can work under pressure
• Shows proactiveness in any situation
