Duties

    • Answer everyday calls. (7am-4pm)
    • Take basic job details, customer details, preferred timing.
    • Follow up calls to existing clients.
    • Chase up calls for outstanding payment from clients.
    • Back up for Zero.

    Skills & Experience

    • Accounting background/understanding (Xero experience is not mandatory, but is preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent phone manner.
