Software Developer and Information Systems Support Officer Full Time

ResourceFull Corp is the sister company to GO-VA in Cebu employing over 165 team members. You will work in a modern office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis. Our clients are super generous and many send their team members to Australia for training.

Role:

The role is a split role between development and support, it is estimated
that 3 days per week will be spent on Development and 2 days on
support.

Aim:

• Assist the business by developing and maintaining projects to simplify, improve, and ensure data integrity for the operations of the business.
• Installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems
• Provides technical assistance and training to system users as required
• Answers staff computer queries & provides staff training & setup

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement projects using the Intelledox Infinity engine
• Develop and implement Webhooks
• Develop, implement and enhance API connections
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing projects
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
• Provides day to day standard PC and Network support
• Maintains technical infrastructure that supports operations
• Installs or assists service personnel with the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives
• Loads specified software packages such as operating systems, accounting, word processing, or spreadsheet programs onto computers
• Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation
• Responds to member inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems
• Identifies and resolves (or recommends) internal user problems
• Looks at how to provide better accounting support & products to accountants
• Provides updates, status and completion information to management problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication
• Replaces defective or inadequate software packages
• Installs up to date software
• Monitors network stability
• Provides support to and trains users in local area network administration and usage
• Communicate with external software providers to ensure computer system runs at best capacity

Qualifications /Attributes
Tertiary studies in computer science or business computing (or currently completing)
2+ years’ experience in web and software development
Knowledge of Java & HTML
Knowledge of PHP
SharePoint Online qualifications would be preferable but not required
Extensive knowledge of up to date computer packages and systems

Self-motivated, organized and initiative
Good problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle pressure
