Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. About You and The Role
- Talent Resourcer (Digital/IT), operating on the Candidate side end to end, focussing on proactive sourcing and delivery of candidates for live roles and upcoming roles. You will be
- supporting two friendly, directors working on major accounts.
- Ideally, you will have exposure to recruiting or a sales background.
- If you do not have any Sales experience but have the right attitude you will still be considered.
- You are a natural collaborator and know how to prioritize requirements.
- You have a can-do attitude that can listen and retain information.
- You are proactive in your approach.
- Passionate and interested in Business, IT, Start-ups and hitting targets.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Common roles you’d be placing would be Software Developers, DBA’s, Cloud / DevOps Engineers, Deployment or Delivery managers, Scrum Masters & Product Managers
This role has the potential in the future to move into a Manager position for you to manage other candidate resources as we grow.
