Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO.
You will work in the Go-VA office in Cebu and have direct contact with the Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-VA management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Scripter to take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality client focused solutions where you will provide expert advice and consultation on all elements of survey scripting to our clients which include Nestle, Unilever, Campbell Arnott’s and Pepsico.

Role Overview:

• Learn the basic components of panel quality through practical experience
• Learn to script surveys in Decipher
• Project manage the surveys being completed liaising with Shopper Social
• Escalate key concerns with line manager, whilst taking responsibility for scripting and management of surveys
• Makes a contribution to the day-to- day running of the service and seeks out efficiency improvements where possible
• Produces statistics and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner
• Understands the need for high-level data quality and what can affect it
• Understands the need to observe quality guidelines
• Understands the need for good impactful communication to panelist
• Develops a broader understanding of Shopper Social and the Panel Quality department perform to ensure it’s success
• Participates in structured training, and where possible takes ownership for self-development
• Gains proficiency in all databases, data interrogation, and reporting tools
• Form good working relationships with other internal departments
• Starts to make a contribution at Panel Quality team meetings

Specific experience required:

• Technical skills are critical in this role. You will be competent in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jquery with around 3 years experience of programming in some or all of these programs
• Ideally, you will have some experience of scripting in Decipher, although there is the opportunity to be trained in this area
• Applying a thorough approach to work with a high level of attention to detail
