Missions and Responsibilities
To operate and ensure a reliable, efficient and safe plant based on established KPI, department
programs/strategies and ensure a reliable and quality product, back-up supply within a guaranteed
specification
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Principal Accountabilities
No safety accident and incident
Conduct data analysis and equipment monitoring system and report to immediate superior in case
of deviation
High reliability of equipment and its related accessories – Minimal or no equipment breakdown
No quality incident, process upset or product contamination
Plant and equipment start-up/shutdown and process adjustment as per procedure and as needed.
Immediate response to basic maintenance requirements
Key Competencies
Product/system Inspection – Inspect and evaluate quality based on guaranteed specifications.
Troubleshooting – act as first line maintenance during machine breakdowns, identifying failed
component, so with its restoration
Coordination – constant communication with internal/external customers
Competencies and Profile
Male, Female Engineering Graduate (electrical, mechanical, electronics and communications,
chemical)
With or without license
Experience in the same field is an advantage
Preference is given to applicants with quick learning capability, dynamic, and with high regards for
safety and quality.
