Go-Va provides clients based mostly in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact daily with your client’s company, who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on-site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

The client is a family owned business that has been servicing the construction industry with architectural products since 1978.

About the Role:

This role would suit anyone with a couple of years’ experience in the workforce, ideally in estimating or sales support and administration, who has high attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers. You will be joining a team of like-minded young professionals in a fast-growing business where your strong work ethic and enthusiasm fits a culture built on mutual respect and commitment.

Key Skills:

• Construction industry experience is an advantage but not essential
• Use basic computer programs and online systems with ease
• Professional approach
• Excellent communication and service skills
• Fluent in English
• Well-structured, great initiative with a practical and intelligent approach to daily tasks
• High attention to detail
• Fast learner
• Good grasp of maths skills

Responsibilities:

• Project costing and bill of material costing to provide accurate quotes for the sales team
• Order processing and sales support
• Create sales opportunities in CRM
• Prepare project files
• General office functions
