JOB DESCRIPTION

ResourceFull Corp is the newest outsourcing company in Clark, offering Day Shifts, Dependent Medical Insurance & Monthly Team activities from your start date.

 
QUALIFICATION:

• Must be a graduate of any business related course, Psychology, HR or Behavioral Sciences or its equivalentat least 5 years of working experience in HR and Recruitment
• Tech savvy, proficient in Google applications – Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Slides and other HR Information System or Applicant Tracking Tool
• Experience in demonstrating general knowledge, interpretation, and application of employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Self-starter and proactive
• Strong sense of accountability
• Should have excellent organizational skills and can demonstrate flexibility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to employees in various HR related issues or concerns such as leaves, compensation, time punches, government benefits administration and deduction, medical insurance, logins, etc.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Conduct employee on-boarding and assist in tasks performance management
• Assist in talent acquisition in conducting end to end recruitment process
• Manage HR and Recruitment related reports
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Support management and all associates within a site
