Go-Va provides clients based mostly in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact daily with your client’s company, who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on-site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

This position entails working for one of our Australian clients, which is a strategically led digital and creative agency.

This role is responsible for supporting the Client Success and New Business teams, who are focused on growing the business.

Task

• This position is an administrative role.
• The person for the job is responsible for supporting the Client Success and New Business teams, who are focused on growing the business.
• Proofing, formatting, and writing emails or keynote documents.
• Company/contact research and distill that research into insight.
• Coordination of activities of our Client Success Team, including calendar management
• Helping prepare the new business and client success teams for meetings.
• Be able to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Help manage our events calendar, which involves event research, booking, negotiation (with support) and reconciliation.
• Be comfortable using Excel to create reports and dashboards including data collection, entry, cleaning, and the insights from it (with support).
