ResourceFull Corp is the newest outsourcing company in Clark, offering Day Shifts, Dependent Medical Insurance Monthly Team activities from your start date.

ResourceFull Corp is the sister company to GO-VA in Cebu employing over 260 team members. You will work in a modern office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis. Our clients are super generous and many send their team members to Australia for training.

You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing Applicants
• Writing Posting of Job Ads
• Shortlisting applicants
• Schedule Interviews
• Face to Face Interviews
• Presenting resumes to clients
• Responsible for clients emails promptly within 2-hour response time
• Administer first aid ( will need to complete a first aid course ) in absence of HR partner
