Nurse/General Admin Assistant Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

ResourceFull Corp is the sister company to GO-VA in Cebu employing over 300 team members. You will work in a modern office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis. Our clients are super generous and many send their team members to Australia for training.

Nurse/ Medical Duties:
– Administers in First aid response to employees, prescribe remedial medical care, and attend to an emergency situation
– provides response and sound advice to employees health concerns
– Represents the HRD in the company’s Health and safety committee
GENERAL Admin Duties:
– Maintain employee medical files and records in order
– Inventory and tracking of Medicinal supplies
– Facilitates Government-mandated employee health benefits (HMO, SSS, Phil health and etc. )
-Liaise and coordinates with HMO concerns and transactions
– Implements and ensures compliance with health and safety standards
-Schedules annual Physical Examination with HMO provider
Recruitment Duties:
– Schedules applicants for initial process/ walk-ins to the office
– Update applicants process and status to the database
– Reference Checks to possible candidates to be hired
– Help admin tasks in the recruitment such as resume formatting and Hard copy documents to drive/ database
Requirements;
– Degree in bachelor of Science in Nursing
– Must be a registered nurse with updated PRC license
– Strong written and oral communication in English
