Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

The ideal candidate would have excellent written communication skills and a flair for wit and professionalism in writing. The Marketing and Content Coordinator is responsible for the maintaining the creativity and consistency of all marketing elements, from social media designs to in-house training documents.
Working closely with the founder and team managers, the Marketing and Content Coordinator will have a general overview of the business and social events that can be used for social media and future communications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating social media content
• Managing all social media accounts
• Setting up webinars and updating webinar content when necessary
• Developing client communication emails
• Preparing team member profiles
• Creating and updating training modules and documentation
• Video editing
• Graphic design
• Analytical reporting
• Researching and implementing new marketing tactics
• Experience with the following programs would be beneficial:
• Wordpress
• Ontraport
• Hootsuite
• Onlypult
• Canva
• Google Adwords
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
